bring goods funds to closing.
Goods
funds include cashiers checks and wired funds.
Cash is
acceptable-but only in limited amounts. Please contact your
closer ahead of closing time if you plan to bring cash to
closing.

Attorney that is to be used in a closing.
Please
inform the closer ahead of closing time if one of the
parties to the transaction is deceased.
Please
inform the closer ahead of closing time if either the buyer
or seller is unable to be at closing and therefore requires
the closing documents be "mailed out". (Please
allow the closer 1 week prior to the closing date to
properly execute a "mail out" closing).
The closer, prior
to the closing date, MUST receive a copy of all bills that
need to be paid from the closing.
